9) Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data. No method is 100% secure. We will notify you and regulators of breaches as required by law.

10) Children’s Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 17 (or 16 in the EU/UK). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child provided information, contact us and we will delete it.

11) Your Privacy Rights

U.S. State Rights (e.g., CA, CO, CT, UT, VA)

Depending on your state, you may have rights to access/know, delete, correct, opt out of sale/sharing/targeted advertising, and limit use of sensitive personal information (if we process any).
